Just one of the many great points made in this book. America's food system is so industrious and efficient yet so destructive from a nutrition quality standpoint.
Great reading on an 8 hour bus ride from Belize to Guatemala City.
As for the Kindle, I'll never read enough to buy one just for books but definitely endorse the iPhone app. Particularly for travel.
